• The tools are in your custody during the rental period and you must maintain them and not destroy it.

• The tenant must try and inspect all tools on the same day of receiving them. In case of any problem, he/she must contact us directly on the same day through the WhatsApp number of the customer service department, and it will be replaced and he/she will be compensated for one additional day only.

• In case of difficulty in installing or using any of the tools, please contact technical support at +201030625232 or through WhatsApp on the same number.

• All tools are maintained, cleaned and sterilized before delivery. If any of the tools is damaged, 50% of the price of the damaged tools is paid, and in case of its loss, the total price of the tools is paid.

• Tools should be preserved from theft, so as not to expose yourself to legal accountability.

• If you want to increase the rental period beyond the basic period, please contact customer service through the WhatsApp number to confirm the extension of the period and know the cost of this extension.

• One day before the end of the rental period, the customer service department will contact you to confirm the timing of receipt on the last day of the rental. Please answer the call or contact us through WhatsApp.

• In case of confirmation, the shipping representative will contact you on the next day (the last day of the rental) to confirm that he will come to you within a period of time from 11 am to 4 pm. Therefore, you need to have the phone near you during that period so that the representative can reach you easily, and in case of no response from your side during that period, the shipping representative will come to you on the next day of receipt, and the cost of one additional rental day, due to the delay, will be calculated and paid during receipt.

• The company is not responsible for any items purchased or rented from outside.

• No refund will be given if the items are returned before the rental expiry date, but the item can be exchanged for another one and you would pay the difference in cost if any, along with additional shipping cost.

• The refund policy is only applicable if the tools you ordered for rent are defective and no replacement is available from our side.

• The customer must always sign these terms and the agreement and have a copy of it.

• The company is registered in the General Authority of Investment and has a commercial register and a tax card (tax register number: ), so you must be assured that you are dealing with an official company that guarantees you all your rights and guarantees its rights as well.
